Mo-Mo was special in every way
Not 'just' a Cockatiel, of common grey
He was so wise beyond his years
When I think of him, I shed more tears
Before he passed he learned to fly
I don't know who was happier, he or I
He stole my heart right from the start
When Mom wasn't looking
Dad, would give him a bite of his Pop-tart
I'll never forget that little guy
Nor, would I have a reason to try
I love you Mo-Mo
In the heavens'
now you must fly
Till one day we unite in heavens' sky
