LEICESTER AREA - Our next meeting on July 29 will be at DESFORD BIRD GARDENS. We will meet there at 6.30pm for a tour of the grounds and to feed the birds, with refreshments afterwards (for us humans). Thank you to Richard and his staff for staying open late just for members. LEICESTER AREA - Calling all parrot owners!!! There is a great club for parrots and their owners at the Co-op Sports & Social Club, Birstall Road, Birstall, Leicester. Come along and enjoy a great evening, full of fun, bar open and we hold a raffle. Help and advice given and a wing clipping service, toys, seed and vitamins available, so treat your parrot to a night out. LEICESTER AREA - will meet on Thursday September 30 at 7.30pm at the Co-op Sports & Social Club, Birstall Road, Birstall, Leicester. At this meeting we are holding a Bring and Buy Sale for any unwated items but NO LIVESTOCK please. All entry fees tonight will be £1. Refreshments available, bar open and a raffle will be held. Our thanks to Richard and his excellent staff for staying open late to accommodate us as we kept the parrots up late that evening.
